Search for a Policy

If you'd like to view details for an existing, submitted or unsubmitted, policy:

1. Navigate to the Policy Search screen by clicking the Policies tab.
2. Enter search criteria in the Policy Search Criteria panel.
3. Click Search.

Hints:

Using fields in combination can further filter the search results.

At least one search field must be used in order to initiate a search.

In the policy search results, the # Open Tags column displays the total number of unresolved tags for all transactions on a particular policy.

In the policy search results, the # Alerts column displays the total number of alerts for all transactions on a particular policy.

If the search criteria produce an exact match, the system bypasses the search results grid and displays the Policy Details screen for the result.
